Exhibitor Information​
A select booth consists of a 10ft x 10ft space that is pipe and draped in solid drape, 8ft back wall, and 3ft sidewalls, an 8ft rectangle skirted table, black cloth to the floor, 2 folding chairs, 2 vendor bands, WI-FI and Electricity. $250
A premium booth consists of a 10ft X 20ft space that is pipe and draped in solid drape, 8ft back wall and 3ft side walls, two 8ft rectangle skirted tables, black cloth to the floor, 4 folding chairs, 4 vendor bands, WI-FI and Electricity. $350
Wineries/Distilleries/Breweries and Cideries will be placed in a 10ft X 20ft or a 20 X 20ft space that is pipe and draped in solid drape, 8ft back wall and 3ft side walls, two 8ft rectangle skirted tables, black cloth to the floor, 4 folding chairs, 4 vendor bands, WI-FI and Electricity with continuous ice service all day.
$350 for a 10 X 20 or $500 for a 20 X 20 with four 8ft rectangle skirted tables, black cloth to the floor,
8 folding chairs, 6 vendor bands, WI-FI and Electricity with continuous ice service all day.
A prime booth consists of a 20ft X 20ft space that is pipe and draped in solid drape, 8ft back wall and 3ft sidewalls, four 8ft rectangle skirted tables, black cloth to the floor, 8 folding chairs, 6 vendor bands, continuous ice service, WI-FI, and electricity. $500

A premiere booth is a Corner 20ft X 20ft space that is pipe and draped in sold drape, 8 ft back wall and 3 ft sidewalls, four 8ft rectangle skirted tables, black cloth to the floor, 8 chairs, 6 vendor bands, continuous ice service, WI-FI, and electricity $650

We ask that each vendor provide one (1) door prize to the festival for on-stage presentation

Additional skirted tables and chairs are complimentary. The Expo floor is concrete, if you would like to include carpet for your booth please request information to purchase through our vendor. Additional vendor bands can be purchased for $15 and boxed lunches are available for $20. If you don't have general liability insurance we can help arrange it for you for $75.
